This is black PVD. Not all M8 Touring CVO models come with matching heat shields. These mufflers are not gunmetal PVD, and are designed to match only M8 Touring CVO heat shields that are black PVD
Featuring our proprietary DBX Performance baffle that’s engineered specifically to increase and enhance the sound of the M8 engine, while providing a free-flowing exhaust and the perfect amount of backpressure, unlocking both horsepower and torque.
PVD coatings are extremely hard and therefore provide excellent scratch resistance, and are colorfast over time.
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a vacuum coating process applied over polished and nickel chromed steel canisters.
Available in our 4.5” Muffler body, which gives your bike a louder, bass heavy tone that never sounds muffled or flat.
